Everett Auto Parts of Brockton and Seekonk Speedway developed a marketing program over the years together that appears to be very successful according to Lakeville resident and General Manager Roy Andrade. Under his aegis the local recycling company sponsors five race cars on Saturday nights at that 1/3-mile oval on Rt. 6.
Among them are Dillon Estrella in the Pro Stocks, Chase Belcher of West Wareham in the Late Models, Scott Serjdynski, Jr. in the Street Stocks and Barry Shaw of Abington in the Trucks. Most recently Joe LeMay got Everett backing in the Bandolero’s on Friday nights. All of these teams are owned by Roy Andrade. Roy also revealed that Everett Auto Parts have supported Seekonk Speedway for 25 years.
“All of these teams that we sponsor are comprised of father-and-son crews that have established success on the race track”, revealed Roy who grew up in Brockton and was educated in the Brockton School System.
Everett Auto Parts also sponsors Ryan Kuhn of East Bridgewater on the ACT Late Model and the PASS Pro Stock/Super Late Model Tours which competes at Seekonk on selected dates and at other New England and Quebec venues.
This year Everett Auto Parts are also supporting the Triple Crown Series at the Route 6 oval. “It works out to be a championship within a championship. The money won goes back to the teams and helps them to continue week-after-week”, said Roy.
The successful Brockton based company has been the city for 70-years and was founded in 1952 by Everett Andrade. Currently GM Roy is assisted by two other family members, brother Mark and son Tom. Roy also revealed that the company’s business components are scrap, vehicle parts and the sale of motor vehicles. The company is also capable of processing 40,000 vehicles a year. All of the recycled scrap is shipped to the southern European country of Turkey.
